In general, we always ship free of charge. Returns requested within the 30-day return period are also free.
The quickest and easiest way is to order directly from our web shop. You can complete the order as a guest or create a customer account during the ordering process.

Choose between paying immediately and paying later. Follow the instructions on Klarna - the payment will be made directly to Klarna. Their customer support is happy to help if you have any questions about your payment.
As soon as your goods have been dispatched, you will receive a final invoice from us, stating that the amount has been paid.
You can view your order under "My Account". Here you can see the order number, order date, payment status, shipping status and the total amount of all your previous orders.
If you experience unexpected delays in delivery, please contact us using our contact form . We will contact the shipping service provider to ensure your order is delivered as quickly as possible.
Please note that all our desks (except the Desk One) are shipped in two separate packages. The first package contains the tabletop and the other the frame. Sometimes, these packages are delivered on different working days.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to change or cancel orders for "in stock" products. This is because of our fast shipping times.For pre-orders, please contact customer service using the contact form .

For larger deliveries within Germany, Austria and Switzerland, we ship the products with a different delivery company. The delivery time here is approx. 5-10 working days.
Our packages are sent from Austria. Therefore, no packages are sent on Austrian public holidays and our customer service is not available on these days.
Our desks, with the exception of Desk One, are delivered in two separate packages: one package includes the desk frame, the other has the table top. Sometimes, the two packages are not delivered on the same day by the shipping service provider. In this case, please use your tracking number to track your packages.
Our products are delivered free to the roadside (curbside pickup).
Please report any damaged products to us using the complaint form. We will check the request immediately and send you a replacement product as soon as possible.
If you can already see that the packaging is damaged upon delivery, it is best to refuse delivery.
If the package has already been accepted, please take photos of the damaged packaging before unpacking your products.
Log in, go to "My Account", then change the relevant details and save them. Please note that changes made shortly after placing an order may not be updated in time. If you need to change your details for a recent order, please contact us via our contact form.
You can reset your password yourself using the "Forgot password" option at the login screen. Alternatively, you can get in contact with our customer Service. In both cases, you will receive an e-mail to your stored e-mail address with a request to enter a new password. As soon as this is done, you can log in again.
