What warranty conditions apply to the set?
We offer a guarantee of up to 10 years on our products. Items purchased as part of a bundle are covered by the same warranty conditions as individual purchases. You can find more details on the respective product pages or in our guarantee overview.
When will I receive my items?
Your products will be shipped together. If one item has a longer delivery time, the shipping date will be based on the later product. Please check the delivery time information when making your selection.
Can I return an individual item from the set?
Yes, a complaint or return of a single item is of course possible within the 60-day return period. Please note: In this case, the bundle discount no longer applies. You will be refunded the purchase price of the returned product, minus the difference to the regular individual price of the item you keep (at the time of purchase).
What if I want to exchange an item because I would prefer a different size or color?
No problem! Just contact us via our contact form. You return the item, and we’ll exchange it. If the price changes due to the new variant, we’ll either charge or refund you the difference.
Can I apply the bundle discount afterwards if I already own one or more items from the set?
The bundle discount is only valid when all included products are purchased together as a set. A retroactive discount – if you have already purchased one or more items individually – is unfortunately not possible. The savings apply only when the full bundle is purchased in a single order.

Positiv:
- für mich (1,90m) passt der Stuhl inkl. Kopflehne noch
- schöne hohe Rückenlehne
- Rückenlehne hat einen guten Winkel - ich kann dadurch schön gerade auf dem Stuhl sitzen
- breite Auflagefläche der Armlehnen
- hochwertig verarbeitet
- Drehkreuz und Teile der Armlehnen aus Aluminium (stabil und optisch schön)
- schnelle Lieferung und sehr gut verpackt
- Aufbau war einfach
Verbesserungsvorschläge:
- Informationen bereitstellen, die die Funktionen erklären und die Einstellmöglichkeiten beschreiben (ich musste ein bisschen rumprobieren)
- die Armlehnen könnten niedriger sein (ich habe sie auf niedrigster Stufe und könnte/würde sie nicht höher einstellen)
Alles in allem für mich ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

High-End Bürostuhl, wenn man auf Ergonomie wert legt. Hier lässt sich alles verstellen, um ergonomisch sitzen zu können.

1. Lieferung war sehr schnell
2. stuhl hat eine hohe Qualität, das sitzkissen ist nicht zu hart aber auch nicht zu weich, ideales mittelmaß
All in all ein sehr guter stuhl auf den ersten Blick.
3. der stuhl ist bei mir mit 1,93m passend
Einziges manko - die Kopfstütze ist leider zu kurz. Ich kann meinen kopf nicht ideal abstützen, wenn das der fall wäre, wäre es eine 10/10.
Bitte produziert varianten für längere Personen, wir haben es schwer auf dem Stuhl-Markt - ich würde jederzeit ein längeres Kopfstützenmodell nachkaufen ^^

Lieferung per Spedition lief so semi gut. Produkt an sich ist einwandfrei. Sehr gut verpackt und mängelfrei verarbeitet. Montage war auch easy, hat allein ca. 30min gedauert.
