General overview of the controls

Power supply
Check that the AC power source is working by plugging another device into the outlet. Check all power connections and remove any power strips and surge protectors so that the power supply can be connected directly to the wall outlet. Inspect the power supply, adapter, cables, and plugs for physical damage and make sure that all connections are securely plugged in.
Troubleshooting instructions
ℹ️ Manual reset
Most issues can be resolved by performing a manual reset.
- Press the down button until the desk reaches its lowest position, then release the button.
- Press and hold the down button again for approximately 5 seconds until "RST" appears on the display.
- Press and hold the down button again until the manual reset is completed and the lowest height is shown on the display again.
⚠️ Possible issues and solutions
The desk wobbles.
| Possible cause | Solution |
| Mounting screws are not tightened. | Tighten the screws that should be firmly tightened according to the assembly instructions using the supplied tool. |
| The leveling feet are not adjusted evenly. | Adjust the leveling feet (under each desk foot) so that they make even contact with the floor. |
The drive system or control unit is not working.

| Power cable is not connected. | Check all desk connections as well as the AC power source. |
| Contact with liquids. | Contact customer support. |
Error messages on the controls display
