We deliver as standard to Austria, Germany, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, France, Luxembourg, Italy, the Netherlands, Belgium, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Croatia, Romania, Slovenia, Poland and Hungary.

If you would like your Yaasa product to be shipped to another country, please contact us at info@yaasa.com to arrange a custom shipping solution.

In general, we always ship free of charge. Returns requested within the 60-day return period are also free.

The quickest and easiest way is to order directly from our web shop. You can complete the order as a guest or create a customer account during the ordering process.

You can pay with Klarna in the following countries: Austria, Germany, Netherlands

Choose between paying immediately and paying later. Follow the instructions on Klarna - the payment will be made directly to Klarna. Their customer support is happy to help if you have any questions about your payment.

As soon as your goods have been dispatched, you will receive a final invoice from us, stating that the amount has been paid.

You can view your order under "My Account". Here you can see the order number, order date, payment status, shipping status and the total amount of all your previous orders.

If you experience unexpected delays in delivery, please contact us using our contact form. We will contact the shipping service provider to ensure your order is delivered as quickly as possible.

Please note that all our desks (except the Desk One) are shipped in separate packages:

Sometimes, these packages are delivered on different working days.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to change or cancel orders for "in stock" products. This is because of our fast shipping times.

Please note that delivery times depend heavily on shipping service providers and can vary according to many factors.

Average delivery times to individual countries are as follows:
Austria: 1-2 working days
Slovenia: 2-4 working days
Germany: 3-4 working days

Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Netherlands, Belgium, France, Italy, Poland, Hungary, Luxembourg, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Croatia, Romania:
3-5 working days

For larger deliveries within Germany, Austria and Switzerland, we ship the products with a different delivery company. The delivery time here is approx. 5-10 working days.

Our packages are sent from Austria. Therefore, no packages are sent on Austrian public holidays and our customer service is not available on these days. When you order from Switzerland, packages are shipped from our Swiss warehouse.

Our desks, with the exception of Desk One, are delivered in separate packages:

The packages can be delivered by different shipping service providers. Large table tops (from 200 cm in length) or orders containing several products will be delivered by a forwarding agent.

Sometimes, the packages are not delivered on the same day by the shipping service provider. In this case, please use your tracking number to track your packages.

Our products are delivered free to the roadside (curbside pickup).

If there is a lift in the building, we can also offer delivery to your floor for an additional charge. The cost depends on the number and weight of the packages. If you’re interested, feel free to contact us at info@yaasa.com.

Please report any damaged products to us using the complaint form. We will check the request immediately and send you a replacement product as soon as possible.

If you can already see that the packaging is damaged upon delivery, it is best to refuse delivery.

If the package has already been accepted, please take photos of the damaged packaging before unpacking your products.
