Really nice desk for the price, but not perfect.

I bought the Yaasa desk because I wanted one unique piece of wood for the table part. The competition mostly offers 2 (or more) separate pieces mounted together which I don't find pretty.

However the wood (or faux bois) scratches easily, and the quality of the screws are inferior: I doubt I will be able to unmount the desk easily (or at all) if I needed to. Some screws already cannot be unscrewed. Which means if I ever need to replace the motor one day, this goes out the window.
There was also an error in the mounting instructions: 2 screws were marked as one type but didn't fit in the holes, another type of screw (provided) was needed for this particular step.

All in all, it is a good desk, well-conceived, and I am happy with it. Just with some low-quality material.

Good Product, Issue Handled Quickly

I bought a desk from Yaasa, and it arrived on time, but I did notice a slight dent on the tabletop when I unboxed it.

I contacted their help desk to let them know. They responded within a reasonable time, apologized and arranged to ship a new tabletop right away without unnecessary back-and-forth.

Overall, a minor hiccup with the shipping, but the way they handled it made up for it. The desk itself is solid. It’s well-built, easy to assemble, and works fine for my setup. I’m satisfied with the final product and the support I received.

Feines Kundenservice - gute Eindruck

Die Tischplatte kam beschädigt an, woraufhin sofort eine neue Platte zugeschickt wurde - tolles Kundenservice! Habe ihn jetzt seit ein paar Tagen im Einsatz und bin sehr zufrieden - leise und bequem.

Guter Kauf!!!!

Hab den Desk Lite in Waschküche/Nähzimmer aufgestellt. Nähmaschine steht schon drauf, passt perfekt zu anderen, vorhandenen Nähmöbel. Die Höhenverstellung ist super zur Entlastung des Rückens. Preis > Leistungsverhältnis sehr gut! Einzig der Montasche,- und Aufbauplan ist verbesserungswürdig!
