You do not need to be home, but an adult needs to be present at all times.
How do I schedule my In-Home Delivery and Setup?
Your Adjustable bed will be delivered to the delivery agent that services your area. Once it arrives at the local delivery agent our partners will reach out via email or phone to schedule an assembly.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been processed, our partners will send you an email including the tracking link for your order. You can also give us a call at (855) 622-3711 to find the status of your order.
Help! The tracking number is not to my address?
Your Yaasa Adjustable bed ships to our local provider in your area which may have a different ZIP code than yours. Rest assured it will be delivered to you with the utmost care and consideration.
Will you remove my old mattress?
Our partners are able to remove your old bed frame/ mattress for an additional cost. Give us a call at (855) 622-3711 for more information.
How do returns work with White Glove Service?
We do not offer White Glove Services with returns.
Does White Glove apply to warranty replacements?
The White Glove Service and fees apply only to the initial assembly. Any subsequent assembly needs are not covered under this initial fee.
