Adjustable Bed Information
Does the adjustable bed come with a mattress?
The mattress is sold separately from the adjustable bed. You can use your existing mattress if it is adjustable friendly or purchase your Yaasa mattress here.
Is the adjustable bed compatible with other mattresses?
Yes, the adjustable bed is compatible with most mattresses except water bed mattresses and some traditional spring mattresses that use a border rod or wire. The mattress of choice for your bed should comply with the Federal Register 16 CFR Part 1633. Check with your mattress manufacturer if it is compatible with adjustable beds. If you are unsure if your current mattress will work with the adjustable bed, contact our customer support team at email@example.com or 855-622-3711.
Do you offer an adjustable bed in other sizes than Queen and King?
We currently offer Twin XL, Queen, King, and Split King adjustable beds. We will be offering other sizes in the near future. You can stay up to date by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org, or you can sign up for our newsletter in the footer.
What are the benefits of an adjustable bed?
You have the capability to lift and lower your head, back, legs and feet of your body. It also makes lounging, reading, working and watching TV in bed a more enjoyable experience. Other benefits may include, reduced snoring and back pain.
What is the weight capacity of the Yaasa Adjustable Bed?
The Yaasa Adjustable Bed can support 700 lbs evenly distributed.
How do I set up the adjustable bed?
The assembly instructions are located within the shipping box. If you need further assistance, check out the adjustable bed assembly video here or contact our customer support team at 855-622-3711.
Can I use the adjustable bed with my existing bed frame?
The Yaasa Adjustable Bed can fit into most existing bed frames. For slatted bed frames, the slats will most likely need to be removed. The Yaasa Adjustable Bed may also operate with its legs removed. Users must use their own discretion when using the adjustable bed with a bedframe. Yaasa will not be held responsible for fitment, modifications or damage to a bed frame used in conjunction with the adjustable bed.
Can I attach my headboard or use different legs?
We are currently developing head board brackets and options for different leg sizes. You can stay up to date by emailing us at email@example.com, or you can sign up for our newsletter in the footer.
What is a Split King?
A Split King is two TwinXL frames side by side. This dynamic creates a King size bed but allows for each person to adjust the incline of the head or foot of the bed independent from the other.
What is the difference between a Split King and King adjustable bed?
The Split King adjustable bed comes with two remotes, and allows you to move each side independent from the other. This allows you and your partner to be a different positions. The King adjustable bed comes with one remote, and allows you to move the head and foot together as one unit.
What size mattress do you need for the Split King Adjustable Bed?
You will need two TwinXL mattresses. The Yaasa Mattress works great with the adjustable bed and you and your partner can choose your own firmness. Almost all modern day mattresses are compatible with the Yaasa Adjustable Bed.
Can both sides of the Split King move in sync with the other?
Yes, you can program the remote so each side of the Split King moves simultaneously with the other. This is called Sync Mode.
How to sync my Split King Adjustable Bed?
The Sync Button is located on the upper left edge of the remote. Hold the Sync Button down for 3 seconds on each remote simultaneously. The Sync Indicator symbol will blink for 5 seconds during the activation Sync Mode.
How do I deactivate Sync Mode?
Deactivating Sync Mode, is performed using only one remote. Press the Sync Button on one remote for 3 seconds. After the three seconds the Sync Symbol blinks for 5 seconds. After the blinking stops, the Sync Mode is deactivated and the beds are in Split Mode allowing each side to operate independently.
Do the two bases need to be touching for a Split King?
There should be a ½” gap between the edges of the wood platforms.
Infinity Blanket, Elements Blanket, Celliant® and SeaCell™
What is The Infinity Blanket made of?
The blanket is a blend of 72% Organic Cotton and 28% Celliant Polyester.
Where is The Infinity Blanket made?
The Infinity Blanket is made in Germany from both organic and recycled materials.
What is Celliant?
Celliant is a revolutionary, patented fiber technology that utilizes a blend of natural minerals embedded in the fiber’s core which convert the body’s natural energy (heat) into infrared (IR) light which is emitted back into the tissue and muscles. This IR energy improves local circulation and increases the amount of oxygen reaching your muscles. This helps restore your muscles helping you recover faster, increases comfort and promotes restful sleep.
The FDA has determined that Celliant products are medical devices as defined in section 201(h) of the Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act and are general wellness products.
What is Celliant made from?
Celliant is a unique blend of 13 thermo-reactive minerals including titanium dioxide, silicon dioxide and aluminum oxide. Additional proprietary ingredients are blended with polyester fiber to create a variety of staple fibers, spun and filament yarns, and fabric blends.
Within each Yaasa Studios Infinity Blanket, approximately 12 plastic water bottles are recycled in the making of the Celliant fibers.
What is SeaCell and what does it do?
SeaCell technology harnesses the power of the sea, by using organic seaweed grown in the pure waters of Iceland and combining with lyocell fiber. This helps create a fabric that is great for the skin because it contains antioxidants which can neutralize harmful free-radicals. The SeaCell technology also makes the blanket incredibly soft and improves moisture management.
How do I care for my Infinity Blanket and/or Elements Blanket?
Wash cold and tumble dry low.
Will Celliant®/SeaCell™ lose it's effectiveness over time?
The Celliant® does not wash or wear out and the SeaCell™ will last hundreds of wash cycles.
Infinity Blanket Care & Use
Will the Celliant in my Infinity Blanket lose its effectiveness over time?
No, the Celliant will hold its strength over time (i.e., it will not wash out).
Does my Infinity Blanket have to touch my skin for a heightened effect?
Products enhanced with Celliant technology can be covered or layered without losing effectiveness. Clothing, sheets, and laminated or waterproof fabrics do not hinder the efficacy of Celliant to recycle energy to the body. The body’s electromagnetic emissions travel through clothing, wood, glass and even concrete. The energy your body emits is the same that’s seen in technology used by the military to view humans inside buildings.
Will I feel my Infinity Blanket working?
While you will not necessarily be able to perceive or feel an increase in circulation, oxygenation or blood flow, clinical testing has measured an increase in skin oxygen levels (TCPO2) and consistently recorded significant improvements across a wide spectrum of test subjects. Consumers who try Celliant often experience increased comfort and an overall improved sense of health.

How do I unpack my new mattress?
1. Locate your Yaasa opener. We designed this to safely open the mattress without tearing into any materials.
2. Pull the rolled-up mattress out of the box and put it in a location where you’d like it to unroll and expand.
3. Using your Yassa opener, start from one end of the plastic wrap, and carefully slide it across the plastic all the way to the other side.
4. Remove the excess plastic wrap. Be careful, your mattress will expand quickly!
How long can I keep my mattress packaged in the box?
If you need to wait to open your mattress, we ask that you bring your mattress into a dry space inside and remove it from the packaging within 2-weeks from the ship date. Waiting longer than 2-weeks could potentially void your warranty and compromise the integrity of the product.
How do I clean my mattress cover?
Spot cleaning is recommended.
What is the best way to protect my new mattress?
A mattress protector, which can include waterproof mattress pads, is the easiest way to protect the warranty on your mattress. Should a problem arise, the mattress must be free of stains in order to qualify for a warranty exchange. Aside from keeping it free of stains, many mattress protectors have the ability to keep dust mites out of your new mattress and away from your skin. If you’re unsure of which mattress pad to purchase for your new Yaasa Studios bed, contact our Customer Service Experience team and we can help guide you.
Will my new Yaasa Mattress work with my old frame or base?
Our mattresses will work with just about any surface, including but not limed to: foundations, platform beds, slatted foundations, adjustable foundations, and even the floor. If you have a particular question about your foundation, please contact our Customer Experience team and we’ll help you in any way we can.
How do I dispose of my old mattress?
We understand that getting rid of your old mattress can be somewhat of a challenge, but we’re here to help make that process a little easier on your end. Feel free to send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org for more details regarding the removal of your old mattress.
Where are your mattresses made?
All of our mattresses are made in Phoenix AZ. We work closely with several US materials manufacturers and European experts to collaborate on enhancements to the overall sleep experience, improving the comfort and meeting our customers’ needs and feedback.
Exchanges, Returns, & Warranty
Can I exchange my mattress for a different one?
If you would like to exchange your mattress model for a different one, we would be happy to assist you in the process.
For mattresses covered by the 100-Night-Trial, there is a limit of one mattress exchange per customer of equal or lesser value.
Please note that some special promotions may exclude some mattress models from the 100-Night-trial and are not eligible for return or exchange.
What is the return policy for your mattresses?
Our goal is to make the process of a return as easy as possible; however, mitigating returns begins with better consumer education at the time the order is placed and ensuring each customer is paired with their perfect mattress.
We ask that you take advantage of the trial period, and sleep on the mattress for a minimum of 30 nights to allow your body to properly adjust to it.
If you don’t love your Yaasa Studios mattress, you have up to 100 days to return or exchange it.
Our Customer Experience representatives will work with you to arrange a complimentary pickup of the mattress, where we will donate or recycle it.
Please note that in order for us to donate your mattress, you MUST keep any/all law tags attached. If they are not attached, we will have to recycle them (donations will not be accepted).

Can I return the Yaasa Adjustable Bed?
Yes. We have a 30 night trial on the adjustable bases. If you don’t love it we will arrange for return.
What kind of warranty do you offer for the Mattress?
We offer a 10-year warranty that covers workmanship, which includes all materials and construction on our end. However, we do not cover accidents, spills or other cosmetic issues not caused by our assembly and/or shipping process. Please reference our full warranty here.
Can I return the Yaasa Infinity Blanket or Elements Blanket?
We know you will love your Yaasa Blanket. We cannot accept returns or refunds for blankets.
Ordering & Shipping Information
Do you ship to Hawaii or Alaska
We do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii for orders placed on our website. However you can contact us about making special arrangements.
How do I change or cancel an order once it has been placed?
If for any reason you need to cancel or change your order please contact us immediately via phone or email so we can best accommodate you. We make all attempts to ship orders as quickly as possible and the sooner you let us know, the sooner we can catch your order from shipping. If for any reason we are unable to catch your order from shipping, we advise that you reject or “bounce” your order upon arrival. This way, it will come right back to us.
Do you ship internationally?
We do not ship internationally at this time. Any Infinity Blankets that were purchased through Kickstarter or Indiegogo InDemand by international backers took part in a one-time offer with international shipping.
What if the product arrives and the package looks damaged?
Take pictures of the package before unpacking. After unpacking, photograph any components that appear damaged. Then contact Yaasa immediately.
Financing & Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards. You can also choose to finance your purchase through Affirm.
Do you offer financing?
Yes! Yaasa has partnered with a service called Affirm, allowing customers to pay over time. We have also partnered with Katapult, a lease to own option that requires no credit history or credit check. For purchases under $1000, we offer Sezzle, make 4 payments over 6 weeks.
What is Affirm?
Affirm is a payment solutions company that offers easy financing without a catch. There are no gimmicks or hidden fees, so the total you see at checkout is always what you’ll actually pay. You can find out more about Affirm here.
How do I place an order with Affirm?
At the time of checkout, click the Affirm financing option in the payment form area. Enter a few basic details and click confirm. This will take you through a ‘soft’ credit check approval process in real time. Please note that if you plan on paying through Affirm, you must create the order yourself online through the Yaasa site. Yaasa does not interfere or hold any customer credit data, therefore the payment processing of the order is through Affirm, but your order is fulfilled through Yaasa directly.

What are my payment options?
You have the option to pay over 6, 12, or 18 months. Affirm offers 0% APR for 6 months for qualified customers. After the 6-month introduction period, the APR ranges from 10-30% depending on your credit history. This is an installment loan, not a credit card.
Katapult is a lease to own option. It does not require a credit history or credit check.
Sezzle is a payment plan that does not accumulate any interest. Make 4 payments over 6 weeks.
Will this inquiry affect my credit score?
No, the approval process is a ‘soft’ credit check and will not negatively affect your credit score. However, Affirm does report to Experian. Missed or late payments could hurt your credit and affect your ability to get Affirm loans in the future.
Katapult and Sezzle do not do a credit check so applying will not impact your credit.
