The cancellation period for the purchase contract is 14 days from the delivery date. From then, you have an additional 16 days to return the goods to us: a total of 30 days free returns. Products may be unpacked, set up and tested. However, please note that goods must be returned to us in their original packaging and in an unused condition. If they are not, we may only be able to issue a partial refund, or no refund at all.
In general, you can return an entire office set (desk, office chair and accessories) as long as it is unused and in the original packaging. However, it is not possible to return multiple items of the same product to us.

The Desk Pro 2's sticker sometimes obscured by a sheet metal cover, which has to be removed first. The serial number begins with the letters SN followed by 9 digits.
Chair: You can find the serial number on the underside of the chair. It begins with the letters SN followed by 9 digits.
